RE: The Coshocton Invitational
(Coshocton, OH) The final round of the 2 day Coshocton Invitational was played Sunday at River Greens Golf Course in Eastern Coshocton County. Michael Todd, the conference player of the Year for The University of Charleston, fired a remarkable 8 under par 64 to claim the Champions Trophy. Todd beat Brad Baker by 8 shots. John Kingora the first round leader, and Blake Sattler were tied for 3rd with 1 under par 143's. Doug Lockwood was fifth at 145. Clint Paxson and Scott Cope tied for 6th with 147.
John Zitkovic claimed the Senior Division title with a one under par 143. He beat Ray Sovik by 2 shots. Tom Young was third at 151. The Defending champion, Rich Miller finished fourth at 152. Lynn Martin, The Eastern Ohio Amateur Senior champion finished at 153 for 5th place. Don Darr, Doug Crim and George Knapp all tied for sixth place with 155's.

RE: Coshocton Invitational, 1st round
(Coshocton, O) The first round of the 20th Annual Coshocton Invitational was played Saturday morning at River Greens Golf Club. Perfect conditions greeted the players and their scores reflected those conditions as John Kingora from Waynesburg Pennsylvania fired a 6 under 66 to take the lead by 2 strokes over Brad Baker. Blake Sattler was right behind with a 3 under 69 and Michael Todd shot 70. The only other golfer to break par in the open division was Robert Shustrich's 71. Jeff Godzak toured the course in 72 strokes, while Aaron Shanklin, Scott Cope and Jason Baughman were one over par.
John Zitkovik from Findlay is the first round leader in the Senior Division with at 2 under 70. Ray Sovik is next at 71 while George Knapp carded a 73. Lynn Martin, Gus Crim and the defending champion Rich Miller are next at 75.
The final round begins Sunday at 10 am.
