RE: Polar Bear Challenge at River Greens GC
(West Lafayette, OH) The 15th annual Polar Bear Challenge was held Saturday under nearly perfect conditions at River Greens Golf Club. The team of Brad Baker and Brandon Bates fired a 4 under par 68 to take home first place honors. Chad Gress-Nathanael Petry, Mike Crouch-Kent Russell and Peete-Reese all tied for second with a 70. Jackson-Ferguson and Newbauer-Webb shot even par 72 to tie for fifth.
26 teams competed in the event that featured the scramble, better ball, and alternate shot formats.
